The Pink Ribbon Foundation filed its Articles of Incorporation in 2000 and was granted IRS 501(c)3 status as a charitable organization shortly thereafter. The PRF also holds numerous licenses – including a sales tax exemption certificate from the Colorado Department of Revenue.
